Nutella is seriously the food of the gods! The very first time I had it was at our first breakfast in Venice, fitting right? Well, I have been beyond hooked ever since; keeping our pantry stocked at all times! Ok, maybe a little over stocked.
My favorite snack is banana and Nutella. I have had this combo with a pancake, crepe and with a plain piece of bread and all of these are deliciousness! BUT, I think I have found something even better…Banana and Nutella Pockets! OH! MY! GAWD! With the first bite, the warm banana and Nutella ooze into your mouth and it is heavenly! I made these the easy way using Pillsbury Crescent Rolls. Add a few slices of banana and about 1/2 a tsp of Nutella (ooooh Nutella)! Fork the edges closed, brush with egg white, bake at 350ºF for about 10-15 min and then dust with powdered sugar once cooled. Fast, easy and divine!
