My Juice Cleanse Part II

I had to cut my juice cleanse a little short.  This past week probably wasn’t the best week for me to choose to start one.  Over all this was the hardest thing that I have ever done and I would do it again, in a heartbeat!  I lost a total of  8 pounds and I feel good.  The bloating has all gone away and I feel my food choices are overall healthier than what they were.  I don’t have any pictures of my day 3 and 4 juices, but I listed them below.  Thank you to all those who followed my short juice cleanse journey!

 

Day 3

Juice 1

16 ounces

2 grapefruit

3 beets

1 inch chunk of ginger

 

Juice 2

16 ounces

2 bundles of chard

3 apples

1 inch chunk of ginger

 

Day 4

Juice 1

16 ounces

3 apples

10 carrots

1 inch chunk of ginger

 

Juice 2

16 ounces

1 bundle of kale

1 bundle of chard

1 inch chunk of ginger

2 celery sticks

2 apples
