Music Monday

We lost an amazing talent, yesterday, Lou Reed.  Reed started out in the Velvet Underground and then moved on to a solo career.  Walk on the Wild SIde is from his second solo album, Transformer, which was produced by David Bowie and Mick Ronson.  Andy Warhol took notice of The Velvet Underground, and welcomed them into The Factory; this song pays tribute to all of the misfits and artists that Warhol surrounded himself with.  Reeds time spent with the Underground, Warhol and the Factory would influence many of his songs.   Walk on the Peaceful Side, Mr. Reed.  You were one in a century.
